At your hotel in Tbilisi
Starting from your hotel in Tbilisi, drive to amazing David Gareja Cave monastery distinguished by impressive frescoes. This rock-hewn monastery complex founded by one of Thirteen Assyrian monks in 6th Century is located at the border with Azerbaijan and surrounded by impressive desert views. After excursion, drive to Sighnaghi – the most amazing town of Kakheti region, called „emerald of Kakheti“ and „city of love“. Before sightseeings of the town, stop at Bodbe Monastery. During the Sighnaghi tour visit to Museum of Sighnaghi, where part of famous Georgian Painter Pirosmani collection is held. Lunch. Wine and chacha (strong Georgian spirit drink) tasting at local winery. In the evening back to Tbilisi. Drop off at your hotel in Tbilisi.
